Collaborate with a range of internal and external technical and non-technical stakeholders, you will ensure that learning meets business needs, is aligned with best practice adult learning principles, complies with relevant legislation and regulations, and is consistently applied across the branch while managing multiple deliverables to tight timelines in a changing environment.

About you
You bring previous experience working within an instructional design team or group where you have developed, implemented and evaluated learning programs, products and artefacts.
You have proficiency in a wide range of learning creation tools including experience conducting functional task analysis and risk-based training needs analysis.
