As we expand our offering and broaden our reach, we are looking for a Client Delivery Specialist to join our ambitious and outcome-focused team.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Client Services, the Client Delivery Specialist is a pivotal role acting as an enabler to the business, fostering and supporting key strategic partnerships and clients within the business.

Key areas of focus will be

Manage the full lifecycle of all partnerships and associations
Responsible for all processing and escalation related to managing our partner relationships
Conversation of clients through the digital pathway (incl. outbound phone calls)
Build and maintain client retention and resolution
Growth and business performance
Provide support for training and compliance requirements in relation to partner relationships

Comprehensive product knowledge, strong attention to detail and proactive attitude are required.

About You
As the Client Delivery Specialist, your role encompasses several responsibilities, including customer support and client conversation.

With determination and pride, you'll be in charge of maintaining robust relationships with peers and key stakeholders.

Working closely with the Head of Client Services, your primary focus will be on fostering and supporting key strategic partnerships within the business and client conversation.

You will contribute to the effective, efficient, and profitable operation of our newly relaunched digital brand.
