About the role
Salary range:
$125,964-$147,264 plus statutory superannuation

This role will require you to:
- Manage the operations of the TER branch and lead teams to deliver the VIT's teacher engagement and registration functions through motivating staff, managing performance and providing capability development.
- Engage with duty holders (teachers, early childhood teachers and employers of teachers) to inform and educate them about registering and maintaining teacher registration and identify and respond to stakeholder needs.
- Monitor and review registration policy and processes proactively identify opportunities and risks, and promote continuous improvement of processes and practices.
