Our client is an iconic national organisation currently seeking an Operational Readiness Analyst to support the smooth transition of projects into implementation.

Your new role will see you ensuring the smooth transition of projects through various delivery stages.

Working across multiple projects you will contribute to operational readiness activities to assess impacts and deliver day 1 readiness packs.

This role will see you engaging across all parts of the business focusing on technical changes impacting various business units.

Skills and Experience:

Experience in a change analyst/ project coordinator or business readiness role
Strong stakeholder engagement skills
Understanding of change management
Basic project coordination experience
Ability to work across multiple initiatives as required

Our client is offering an initial 6 month contract with the view to extension. Offices are based in the Melbourne CBD with a requirement to be on site 2-3 days per week.
