About the role and you:

Working within our clients bids and contracts department, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating internal bids and proposals for all of company.
  • Facilitating internal communication for tender preparation and responses to RFTs, RFQs, and RFIs, as well as requests for Contract Change Proposals (CCPs) and requests for (Rough Order of Magnitude) ROM proposals.
  • Developing systems and processes for bid, tender and proposal preparation to ensure consistency across all of company.
  • Assessing previous tenders and data to allow for stronger costings and forecasting and maintaining Bid Master Reference List, Proposal, and Order databases.
  • Assist the Sales and Marketing Team in preparing and submitting proposals, developing and liaison with Program department.

To be successful, you will need the following:

  • Australia Citizenship with the ability to gain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Law/Commerce/Business or a related discipline.
  • Passion for project and/or commercial management, with previous experience from a technology/manufacturing background highly regarded.
  • Contract negotiation skills would be highly regarded.
  • A high level of analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to make sound commercial recommendations to Project Teams and the wider business.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to positively influence and negotiate effective outcomes across diverse teams.
  • Consultative approach, solutions driven, collaborative.
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to work with autonomy.
