About our client:

Our client is a leading Private Sector manufacturer; headquartered in Canberra with long ties to the Commonwealth. You will be part of something very special and work at the pointy end of technology.


The Role:


Reporting to the EA to the CEO, as the Personal Assistant you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer and the Chief Strategy Officer along with other senior executive staff.


To be considered for this role you must bring a minimum of 3 years' experience as an Administrative / Personal Assistant and have the ability to:

  • Positively contribute to correspondence, presentations and reports
  • Ability to coordinate, rearrange and prioritise business appointments and travel arrangements including management of travel expenses
  • Attention to detail when managing all incoming calls, facilitating inquiries and requests
  • Proactively engage with Executives, Senior Managers and Executives of external organisations, suppliers and clients.
  • At all times, be a support and back up the EA to the CEO as required in times of high workload or coverage for leave

Your resume will demonstrate that you have:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional people relationship and presentation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to prioritise and exercise discretion and confidentiality
  • Have a proactive and flexible approach to work
  • Demonstrate a high level of personal drive, flexibility and resilience

Please be aware, you MUST:


  • Be an Australian Citizen
  • Be fully Vaccinated or have an approved medical exemption
  • Hold an AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance
  • With a view of obtaining an NV1
