    Description

    About the role:

    We are currently seeking to engage with Project Managers experienced in complex Greenfield and Brownfield high voltage Transmission line projects, to join our QLD based business and help us deliver critical energy projects.

    Your responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing to and developing our project/program delivery capability
  • Ensuring excellent project Health and Safety outcomes
  • Building high performing project teams
  • Ensuring delivery of projects in accordance with Zinfra policies
  • Contributing to the ongoing performance management of the team
  • Identifying and driving efficiency to secure margin improvement opportunities
  • Management of commercial risks
  • Provide input to the estimating the tendering functions
  • Contribute to the achievement of overall business strategy
  • Ensuring projects within the portfolio are governed and maintained as per Zinfra's Project Delivery System and in accordance with Zinfra's policies and procedures
  • Managing key internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensuring projects comply with OHS, quality and environmental legislation, codes of practice, standards, regulations, and the Zinfra OHS and Quality System
  • Achieving Safety Targets for TRIFR and lead indicators

    • About you:

    To be selected for interview please ensure your resume highlights relevant Trade/Engineering qualifications and/or a Diploma or Cert IV in Project Management.

    Please also ensure your resume details:

  • Experience and understanding of the HV electrical utility industry (design, procurement and construction)
  • Extensive Project Management experience with demonstrated successful outcomes in the delivery of infrastructure projects, ideally transmission line projects
  • Time managing engineering, procurement and construction teams and contracts
  • Your ability to develop the project team and partner with a broad range of stakeholders
  • Extensive program and project management experience, including risk management across multiple substantial brownfield and greenfield sites
  • Ability to build, manage and perpetuate a high performance, outcomes oriented teams
