Description

Due to a period of organisational change, this consulting firm, specialising in providing psychological and rehabilitation services, is looking for a HR Manager to join and lead their team on a permanent basis.

With one direct report, the HR Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the HR function, as well as partnering with the business to provide a high level advisory service.

Reporting into the board you will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Managing end to end employee relations issues, including; disciplinaries, grievances and performance management.
  • Guiding and advising line managers and employees on any people related issues; truly being that first point of contact for HR.
  • Providing analysis and reports to the HR manager on a monthly basis, pulling together key people metrics.
  • Providing advice to staff on any queries relating to fair work or legislative compliance.
  • Upskilling and coaching line managers to uplift capabilities.
  • Reviewing and updating policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role you will bring:

  • Previous experience working within a similar HR Business Partnering role or HR Management role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and legislation.
  • Experience working within the healthcare or nonfor profit industries would be advantageous.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
  • Complex case management experience is highly desirable.
