Description

Due to a period of organisational change, this consulting firm, specialising in providing psychological and rehabilitation services, is looking for a HR Manager to join and lead their team on a permanent basis.

With one direct report, the HR Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the HR function, as well as partnering with the business to provide a high level advisory service.

Reporting into the board you will be responsible for but not limited to:

Managing end to end employee relations issues, including; disciplinaries, grievances and performance management.
Guiding and advising line managers and employees on any people related issues; truly being that first point of contact for HR.
Providing analysis and reports to the HR manager on a monthly basis, pulling together key people metrics.
Providing advice to staff on any queries relating to fair work or legislative compliance.
Upskilling and coaching line managers to uplift capabilities.
Reviewing and updating policies and procedures.

To be successful in this role you will bring:

Previous experience working within a similar HR Business Partnering role or HR Management role.
Strong knowledge of employment law and legislation.
Experience working within the healthcare or nonfor profit industries would be advantageous.
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
Complex case management experience is highly desirable.
