- Attending trade shows and events and representing the business in a professional manner.
- Servicing and developing existing customer base.
- Align sales with corporate objectives.
- Successfully meeting and exceeding KPI's.
- Proactive outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to generate sales activity.
- Ensuring customer base are regularly updated with product information and new promotions.
- Stay up to date and informed with competitor activity and future works.
- Proven track record in a dedicated customer service/sales role is preferred.
- Experience in the electrical, industrial, or construction industry highly advantageous.
- Strong client liaison and relationship building skills.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel.
