    Description

    The Opportunity:

    A government organisation is seeking a Project Manager, to lead the delivery of a Dynamics 365 Project. This role is a unique opportunity to utilise your project expertise, whilst also leading a high-performing team of 6 resources. This initial 3-month contract will support the business whilst they find the right person for the role. For the right person, there is the opportunity to convert to Permanent.

    The Role:

    • Project Management: Lead the delivery of digital development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
    • Agile Ways of Working: Utilize Agile methodologies to drive delivery in a complex and multi-platform environment, including Agile estimation and sprint planning.
    • Stakeholder Management: Effectively engage and influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization, building strong relationships to support project success.
    • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE: Leverage your deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Implementation life cycle, customization, plug-in development, workflow development, JavaScript development, and security configuration.
    • Team Leadership: Manage and support direct reports, providing guidance and direction to ensure team success.

    About you:

    In order to be a successful applicant you will have demonstrated experience working across Dynamics 365 implementations as well as:

    • Relevant tertiary degree and/or postgraduate qualifications in business management, science, information technology, or related discipline.
    • Proven experience as an IT Delivery Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering complex digital development projects.
    • Proficiency in Agile ways of working and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE.
    • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
