    Redpath Partners are working alongside a forward-thinking client-side consultancy in Melbourne who specialise in a variety of project typologies including, built-to-rent, commercial office, student accommodation, healthcare, data centre, mixed-use projects and more.

    They are actively seeking a Project Manager with a background as either a Contract Administrator or Project Coordinator from the contractor side. This position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in contract administration/project coordination while stepping into a leadership role overseeing project execution.

    Role and Responsibilities:

    As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal part in leading and delivering high-profile projects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will encompass:

    • Collaborating with clients to grasp project objectives, scope, and requirements.
    • Developing comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
    • Working with project teams and ensuring seamless communication and cooperation.
    • Overseeing project execution, tracking progress, and mitigating risks.
    • Managing stakeholder relationships and maintaining clear lines of communication.
    • Ensuring projects are delivered in compliance with quality standards and regulatory guidelines.
    • Identifying prospects for process enhancement and implementing best practices.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in construction management, or a related field.
    • Demonstrated experience as a Project Coordinator, Contractor Administrator, or Project Manager in the Australian real estate or construction industry.
    • Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and software.
    • Exceptional communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
    • Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) are advantageous.
