This innovative lifestyle retail brand is looking for a savvy marketer to lead and implement marketing initiatives domestically and across global regions.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Global Head of Marketing plays a pivotal strategic role, setting and implementing the marketing strategy domestically and across international markets (UK, US, EU, Asia), working alongside the Head of Digital & eCommerce.
You'll lead and influence a team of marketers to devise and implement marketing activity across brand, product, digital/social, partnerships, events, PR and retail.
Working closely with the Design team and Digital & eCommerce team, you'll ensure seamless integration with the DTC and wholesale channels.
This position demands a strategic lens and the ability cultivate efficient marketing practices to enhance brand equity and market share.
About the role:
- Develop and drive the
marketing strategy, consistent with the global vision, values and longterm business objectives - Manage the
global marketing budget and annual marketing plans to achieve strong ROI and corporate objectives while nurturing and developing existing market segments - Develop
marketing plans to drive global brand awareness, ensuring brand messaging and activations are consistent across regions and markets - Work closely with
Regional Sales Managers enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with tools, marketing materials and presentations - Work closely with
Product teams to develop
GTM plans for new
product launches understanding the competitive landscape to define an approach which differentiates the Bloch proposition - Drive maximum value from appropriate
partnerships and
sponsorships and ensure brand alignment - Develop and implement marketing plans and activations for flagship
retail stores, and consumer &
industry events: - Partner cross-functionally with the
Digital & eCommerce team to ensure
social, content, and influencer activity are implemented and synchronised effectively across brand, acquisition, and loyalty objectives
Team Leadership and line management of marketing team, promoting a culture of continuous learning and achievement
- Foster and maintain
strong relationships with senior executives, the broader internal team, agency partners and vendors - Undertake continuous analysis of
competitive environment and
consumer trends, keeping the wider business informed
About you:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business or Marketing
- 10+ years experience in brand marketing and ideally some of that in a global context
- Proven track record of successfully building a brand, working crossfunctionally with marketing and creative teams
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to manage a marketing budget, meeting target revenues and profitability
- Proven strategic ability and strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong stakeholder management experience with ability to influence and drive strategic and commercial initiatives across the organisation
- Ability to collaborate effectively with geographically dispersed teams
- A forward thinking, innovative marketer who thrives on results and enjoys being handson
- Exceptional project management and organisational abilities
- Experience within a fashion or niche industry retailer ideal
