The role:


The Digital Optimisation Specialist will be responsible for leading the development and execution of optimisation strategies for digital products and services.


Responsibilities:


  • Analyse data to identify areas of improvement and devise strategies to increase engagement, revenue, and conversions for all marketing activity across multiple regions.
  • Develop and manage AB testing plans and experiments to assess the effectiveness of optimisation efforts.
  • Identify strategies, techniques and tactics to increase the number of visitors to our website, obtain a highranking placement in search engine results and ensure a continual improvement of metrics.
  • Work with content writer and comms manager to write original content for website, social pages etc, designed for our multiple target audiences.
  • Employ UX and conversion rate optimisation methods to turn website visitors into more active users and to help improve website performance.
  • Use social media to distribute content and encourage more external sites to link to our content.
  • Work with digital strategist to build the user journey, develop and integrate always on content marketing strategies.

Requirements:


  • Experience in a digital environment, digital optimisation, user experience design, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Experience creating bespoke SEO strategies including international campaigns
  • A track record that demonstrates a core range of skills in optimisation of digital assets across a broad range of output e.g., thought leadership pieces, articles, website content, blogs, social media, websites, SEO, SEM
  • Solid experience and understanding of Google Search Console, Keyword Planner, Tag Manager, Data Studio and Google Analytics
  • Experience using website Content Management Systems particularly WordPress.
  • Ability to program in HTML, CSS or JavaScript ensuring our website is accessible, easy to navigate and to increase traffic engagement would be beneficial.
  • Experience in the tech / software industry will be beneficial.
