About this role

North Metropolitan Mental Health Service is seeking to recruit suitably qualified Registered Nurses to work across various Mental Health inpatient units located at:

• Mount Claremont
• Shenton Park
• Osborne Park
• Nedlands
• Subiaco
• Butler
• Wanneroo
• Mirrabooka

In this role, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing comprehensive and evidence-based nursing care to patients. You will facilitate and promote patient safety and quality of care. As a Registered Nurse you will practice within your scope of practice considerate of the Nursing and Midwifery Board's Nursing Practice Decision Flowchart.

1. Eligible for registration in the category of Registered Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (yes/no response)
2. Demonstrated good clinical knowledge and experience in the delivery of evidence-based nursing care in a mental health setting.
3. Demonstrated interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
