Salary: $72,651 - $99,129 p.a - Ongoing Part Time - RN/M1

A great opportunity is available for an enthusiastic and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our dynamic nursing team at Wudinna Hospital.

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide nursing and/or midwifery services by assessing individual patient/client needs, plan, implement and/or coordinate appropriate service delivery from a range of accepted options including other disciplines or agencies. You will be an integral part of the team, working over a 24/7 - 7 day roster, providing evidenced based care, developing clinical skills while keeping up to date with professional standards of practice and quality management initiatives consistent with organisational policies.

About You

You will be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse or Nurse/Midwife by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, and be eligible to hold a current practicing certificate.

Demonstrating sound knowledge and an understanding of the role of the Registered Nurse/Midwife within a health care setting, you will bring the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

You will be creative, innovative and flexible when approaching issues within a health care setting, displaying a commitment to providing consumer and family-centred care.

Strong communication skills including problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills

Applicant Information

This is a part time vacancy, working 56 hours per fortnight and salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked.
