The Opportunity
Join our high performing sales team who are dedicated to growing our commercial painting and remedial business, and cross-selling other property services into existing customers. We currently have an opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our team in Hobart.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will identify and drive NEW business opportunities across all markets within your territory - initiating contact with key decision makers, and building strong relationships and commercial solutions to secure the business.
Our Business Development Manager's drive sales growth by selling high value long term contracts. The role requires you to develop and write and present persuading proposals and bids and the sales process at times is complex, with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders. Experience in similar selling environments would be advantageous.
