    Our company employs over 400 staff, across our growing national operations. Our main manufacturing and operations base is located at YATALA in Queensland (between the Gold Coast and Brisbane).     WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

    Reporting directly to the Accounts and Finance Manager, we are seeking a friendly, positive, customer-focussed individual, with recent experience in a busy Accounts administrative/ reception environment. As the face of our company and part of the Accounts Team, the successful candidate will provide prompt, accurate and proactive assistance – working with several areas of the business on a daily basis.

    Success in the role relies on timely, accurate and professional dealings (telephonic, written and interpersonal) while balancing varying work demands and having the ability to seek assistance when required.

    Key duties for the role include:

    • Providing support to the Accounts Team and assisting other areas of the business across the administrative scope.
    • Answering and re-directing all telephone calls promptly, using a multi-line switchboard.
    • Welcoming all visitors to the front counter, determining the nature of their business.
    • Answering and assisting with queries from customers or suppliers about our organisation and/or financial dealings.
    • Preparing financial reports, as required as well as maintaining electronic filing, scanning and document organisation.
    • Assisting in end of month activities as required.
    • Displaying a work ethic and approach that is professional and skilled, with an emphasis on using personal initiative as a means to continued role success.

    WHAT WE'RE SEEKING:

    • Recent and demonstrated reception and administration-based work experience.
    • An admin whiz - someone who loves providing an excellent customer experience and has a keen eye for detail - data entry, invoicing or order entry will be highly regarded.
    • A good basis in the Microsoft suite – Word, Outlook, Excel
    • Current driver's license and own reliable transport - a must
    • Punctuality, Reliability, Available to work Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
    • A current resume with at least 2 recent referees.
