    As a Junior Estimator, you'll play a crucial role in the bid preparation process. You'll work closely with experienced senior estimators, gaining hands-on experience in estimating for various construction projects across NSW. This position provides an excellent opportunity to learn and develop your skills in a dynamic industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Collaborate with senior estimators to prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects.
    2. Analyse project plans, specifications, and other documents to understand project requirements.
    3. Conduct quantity take-offs and gather pricing information from subcontractors and suppliers.
    4. Assist in the preparation of tender submissions and proposals, ensuring they meet client requirements.
    5. Maintain detailed records of estimates, quotes, and other relevant documentation.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in construction management, quantity surveying, or a related field.
    • Strong mathematical and analytical skills, with an eye for detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Minimum 2 years experience in construction estimating is required.
    • Must be eligible to work in Australia.
