What you'll do:

Manage, lead and develop a team of software engineering staff on a daily basis to achieve project deliverables.
Ensure development, required functionality and high quality of systems software is met.
Manage delivery of an extensive work plan / pipeline of development work by monitoring workloads and overseeing the assignment of

- appropriate personnel within assigned projects.

Work with the Program Manager, Project Managers and CEO to schedule, prioritise and complete project activities in accordance with

- agreed schedules within assigned projects.

Provide leadership and direction to senior and junior staff in the resolution of complex technical issues related to new or complex
Proactively promote initiatives and best practices, for example OWASP, NIST, as well as other wellformed development and

- architecture industry standards and best practices.

Contribute to the continual service improvement of the delivery team within OmnistreamReview and Develop estimates for the development and implementation of changes and new designs.
Assist the Engineering Team in knowledge transfer, technical skills and trouble shooting.
Ensure that solutions conform to relevant Information Technology Security Policy.
Ensure that solutions are architected for business continuity in the event of a component, communications or data failure.
Ensure that solutions factor in projected increased in traffic volumes

Essential Skills And Attributes:

At least 10 years as an IT Professional.
Operationally familiar with all aspects of software development and construction.

- , frameworks, software development desirable.

React or another relevant frontend library or framework is desirable.
Oracle, MySQL, MS SQL and other database experience a desirable.
DNS, Firewalls, VPN gateways, Load Balancers and Routers knowledge is desirable.
Knowledge of Cloud computing structures and products is vital as the business entirely cloudplatform based.
Experience in the implementation of Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plans.
Experience in vendor and contract management.
Mature and processoriented approach.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
