Taking our Heartist Culture beyond the walls of our hotels to animate the everyday office experience inspired by our Hotels._**We are searching for incredible talent to join our Workplace Services team in the position of
Area Manager, Workplace Services, NSW/WA, based in Sydney.

Reporting to the State Operations Manager, NSW/WA/ACT, Workplace Services, you will be responsible for leading our services for our client on a regional level, driving strategic performance and people led outcomes across an estimated 20 buildings and 30 team members.


Key duties of this role include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Role is Sydney based, commencing in June;
  • Responsibility over the strategic planning & coordination of Accor's service delivery to our office assets ensuring compliance with Accor's contractual obligations;
  • Guide and support your Customer Experience Managers in the development of Quarterly and Annual Customer Engagement plans and activation calendars ensuring adherence to asset budgets;
  • Responsible for talent management across region including recruitment;
  • An inspirational leader who knows how to drive passion and engagement with their teams.
  • Adherance and leadership over quarterly asset activation briefs and budgeting;
  • Deployment of best practice tools, participation in CX training to team, Heartist Engagement and quality assurance programs.
  • Daytoday operational support ensuring compliance with Accor policies and procedures;
  • Embrace the Accor values and lead by example in demonstrating the spirit of the values in all actions and interactions. Highly visible leadership is imperative to the success of this role;
  • Act as an Accor ambassador, aiming to enhance the company's image and market reputation, internally and externally supporting in tenders submissions & pitches as required;
  • This role will require occasional business travel to fulfil the requirements of the role.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Demonstrated experience in critical account management, leveraging relationships and partnerships to drive customer outcomes;
  • Strong passion for people, curating experiences for others and in leading premium service delivery with a proven record of innovation and animation;
  • Minimum 5years Senior Leadership experience within hospitality environments such as a Junior General Manager, Director of Events or Executive Department Head;
  • Demonstrated experience in coordination & planning of activities and events with seamless operational delivery
  • Demonstrated administrative and analytical capabilities;
  • An ability to identify top talent, harness their potential and provide development opportunities that drives customer outcomes.
  • Preferred qualifications in Hospitality Management or related field;
  • Proven experience in fostering and leading strategic commercial Partnerships for mutual benifit;
  • Strong and demonstrated administrative acumen with an ability to transfer ideas and strategy into professional documents.
  • Previous hospitality experience managing at a fivestar level is essential.
