    The Company
    Our client is an iconic retailer with and is seeking a Lease Administrator/ Property Manager to manage the leases across the national portfolio.

    Benefits include:

    • Excellent remuneration - $125k
    • 2-3 days working from home (wfh) offered
    • Sydney CBD location

    The Role
    This position is responsible for ensuring accurate lease & property management of the company's leasehold portfolio. In this role your duties will include:

    • Undertaking account and portfolio reconciliations
    • Inputting new leases into the lease administration system
    • Updating landlord information
    • Auditing leases and payments
    • Reporting
    • Liaising with various teams - leasing, facilities management, etc.
    • Engaging with landlord regarding lease, facilities, and escalated issues

    The Candidate:
    The successful candidate will have at least 2+ years of Lease Administration or Property Management experience and have:

    • Strong financial numeracy/ excel
    • Excellent communications
