Our client provides a professional, complete and reliable real estate service to the Northern Districts and the Inner West.

Work in a team of three experienced professionals

The Role:

Out client is a boutique agency that services the Inner West areas. Monday - Friday, this is your chance to join a strong Property management division with a local based portfolio.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Looking after 120 properties mixed commercial & Residential
Effectively liaise with tenants & landlords
Attending Tribunals
Conduct incoming, outgoing and routine inspections
Complete repairs & maintenance management
Arrears control
Assist with making recommendations for rental increases and lease renewals
Working towards targets and KPI's
You will have 1 + years experience in Property Management
A current Certificate of Registration & Driver's License
Strong attention to detail and strong organisation skills
You will be able to communicate with all types of people and be able to negotiate
REST or CONSOLE experience
Proficient knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010
