    About the company
    Johns Lyng Rapid Retail Response is a building and facilities maintenance specialist for retail stores and commercial properties, we also offer end to end Project Management for minor works of retail and commercial properties.

    About the Role
    We are seeking a highly organised, motivated, and confident Project Coordinator/ Administrator to join our rapidly growing team for an exciting and diverse role.

    This is a full-time position, working Monday- Friday with working hours between 8:30am-5pm in our Eastern Suburbs office.

    Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate all maintenance and minor projects to completion, including job set up, purchase orders, coordinating trade labour, customer reporting and invoicing.
    • Be able to respond in a timely manner to all maintenance requests.
    • Efficiently manage trade / labour resources to complete works.
    • Develop relationships with customers.
    • Ensure that all customers receive regular reporting on the maintenance job status.
    • To be able to work independently and as part of a team

    In addition to your daily tasks, you will also be required to:

    • General day to day administration and coordination of projects as requested
    • Provide administration support to the project team
    • This role will be reporting directly to the General Manager of the business
    • Opportunity for Interstate and international travel

    • Excellent written and verbal communications, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • The ability to organise themselves and others, prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and manage continuous change and its consequences effectively
    • Ability to take initiative and desire to help the team achieve outcomes

    Work experience in either maintenance or the fit-out Industry is desirable, or a trade background - but not essential
