About this role?
We are looking for Project Coordinator to join our Libraries and Education team.

You will be working alongside with Project Delivery Manager and Project Manager and would be responsible for coordinating project management activities, resources, information and helping in delivery of projects.


This role is best suited to an experienced project coordinator who is looking to further their skills and looking for opportunities to step up to a project manager role in the near future.


We welcome your unique talents

Skills:
Experience as a Project Coordinator and ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans

Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control

Customer focused and working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner

PMP / PRINCE2 certification is highly regarded


A day in the life
Self-starter and coordinate project management activities, resources. Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers and act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants

Make sure that clients' needs are met as projects evolve and communicate with external as well as internal stakeholders

Identify and analyse risks and opportunities

Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures

Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise and assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
