The Primary Care Division is looking for an Executive Officer to support the Division and Its Executives. The primary role of the Executive Officer is to provide administrative and strategic support to the First Assistant Secretary. It is a critical position for the division and the whole Department of Health and Aged Care.
- anticipate needs, develop solutions and provide strategic advice to support the First Assistant Secretary on a day-to-day basis to ensure they are able to operate efficiently and effectively.
- establish and maintain productive working relationships and provide a high level of service to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including senior executive and their support staff, ministers' offices and external agencies or organisations.
