    Reports To: Director / Associate Director / Senior Manager

    It is an exciting time to be living in Queensland, with game-changing infrastructure projects including the staging of internationally recognised events, Queensland's energy transition towards renewables, Queensland Health's capital investment programme and major transport projects. These are all projects that help drive the demand for Skotte Group's expertise. In response, Skotte Group is growing, and we are looking for proactive, energetic, and engaged professionals to support innovative programmes of work that will deliver better outcomes for government and industry, and the communities they serve.

    Skotte Group has worked on some of the most challenging and high-profile initiatives and programmes, such as Stadium developments and redevelopments, the Resilient Homes Fund Program, Inland Rail's Action Plan, the Satellite Hospitals Program, amongst an array of others. This role will give you the opportunity to specialise in client-side leadership and delivery roles that have a meaningful impact.

    Main Duties / Responsibilities

    • Provision of high-quality advice to government on the delivery of infrastructure projects and/or advisory services across a range of sectors including transport, infrastructure and utilities
    • Support business development activities including preparation of proposals
    • Delivering clear, well written and easy to understand presentations and reports to assist clients in solving/understanding complex problems, including quantitative and qualitative analysis
    • Mentor junior team members and advance their capabilities and capacity

    Required Experience / Qualifications

    • 4-6 years' employment experience in roles that demonstrate overall competency relevant to the needs of this role
    • Demonstrated experience within the public infrastructure/advisory environment
    • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on internal and external stakeholder engagement
    • A tertiary qualification ideally in engineering, business, finance, economics, commerce, or law
