    Who you are?

    Humanforce is growing and is on the hunt for an exceptional Resource Manager to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to assess our current operational practice and resource management processes and identify gaps to improve capacity planning, training and development, reporting and insights for professional services and the broader business. This role will have a direct impact on customers' success within our product suite and ensure we have a well-oiled professional services function.

    What you will do?

    • Resource analysis – Within the first 30 to 60 days, assess our current resource availability, skill set and internal capability and identify gaps and opportunities to execute future customer implementations with higher efficiency.
    • Resource planning – Develop a strong understanding of the pipeline and workload through sales pipeline, to recognise the resource requirements needed to execute and plan accordingly to meet the demand.
    • Resource scheduling – For new and growing projects coming through via sales, working with Project Managers and coordinators to understand availability of human capital, capability and has the skills to work on scheduling the resources for future up-coming projects.
    • Resource tracking – Allocation and utilisation of additional requirements. Understanding workload capacity of individuals to ensure there is adequate resourcing, de-risking overtime and burn-out.
    • Resource allocation - Work with project managers and sales to understand the pipeline of work and make the decisions on who to deploy on projects. Ensure to escalate if there is a shortage of skills and bring alternative solutions to solve the skill gap or capacity increase needed.

    What you'll need?

    • At least 5+ years of exclusive Resource Management experience in a professional services function.
    • Experience working in service providers, or software companies and dealing with different projects, cross functional exposure to both internal and external customers.
    • A strong understanding of resource planning, allocation and optimisation principles and methodologies within a SaaS or multi-product environment.
    • A natural problem-solver with strong analytical skills to assess resource demands and optimise resource allocation.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation and customer.
    • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple high priority projects simultaneously.
    • Comfortable under pressure and adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
    • The ability to think strategically and proactively to implement resource management strategies that align with organisational goals.

    Some 'nice to have's:

    • Experience working in HR/HCM Tech or Payroll/WFM industry.
    • Exposure or experience working in SaaS software.
    • Experience working in a high speed and ambiguous working environment, with a small but higher volume of projects.
