    Current Opportunity

    We're looking for a motivated and passionate Executive Assistant to play a key support role to three Partners with their client engagements.

    You will work closely with and support the Business Services team day-to-day and collaborate with other administrative professionals within the Business Services Support team, on projects and process improvements.

    Duties and responsibilities

    • Diary management, including responding to invitations, scheduling meetings and managing conflicting priorities.
    • Plan and coordinate meetings, training sessions, events, travel and accommodation.
    • Embrace existing and new technology and provide support to your Partners and team.
    • Build strong relationships with clients, supporting three Partners with their client engagements.
    • Coordinate client on-boarding processes, ensuring compliance with the firm's risk framework.
    • Provide proactive administration support to the Business Services team to promote effective business operations and positive team culture.
    • Manage Partners' expenses and billings.
    • Plan and coordinate meetings, training sessions, events, travel and accommodation.
    • Prepare and revise correspondence, documents, reports, agenda, meeting minutes and action items.
    • Assist with database and systems management where directed (including APS, Xero).
    • General administration (i.e., scanning, filing, archiving, document collation) as required.

    What you'll need to succeed:

    • Previous experience in administration support, preferably within a professional services environment.
    • Organisation and planning skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a changing and dynamic environment.
    • High level communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
    • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
    • Have a sense of urgency and use initiative, with the ability to proactively seek answers or further advice where required.
    • Be tech savvy, with the ability to adapt to new Executive Atechnology including proficient touch-typing skills for efficient keyboard use.
