The Team
This role is within in the Business Services team, which is part of the bigger Corporate Services team.

The objective of Corporate Services is to support the lawyers and staff to consolidate the Firm's position in the top tier, provide products and services to integrate all offices and to conduct continual process reviews.


Your Role


This role reports to the Corporate Services Team Leader and is responsible for supporting the team's objectives and is a Part-time 6-month contract, working 3 days a week.

This will be achieved by having a 'hands on' involvement with all the functional tasks and responsibilities, particularly in operational areas.


The duties will include:


  • Scanning and distribution of incoming mail
  • Processing external mail and couriers
  • Processing all scanning and copying requests via ServiceNow
  • Checking and processing supplier invoices
  • Monitoring stationary supplies and placing orders when required
  • Participating in the national alignment of policies, procedures, products and services
  • Keeping the team's policies and procedures uptodate and relevant
  • Assist with statistical information and reporting
  • Participate and contribute to team meetings
  • All other duties as required by the Business Services Coordinator and/or Corporate Services Team Leader

  • 2+ year's experience in a similar role in a professional environment
  • A strong, proactive client service focus
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft suite, including in Word and Excel, MS Teams & Outlook
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to liaise with people at all levels
