Description
Major FMCG are a looking for a senior change lead to work with the finance strategy manager to drive the success of a major CEO Sponsored Financial transformation.
- Develop and execute change management strategies and plans to drive successful adoption and implementation of the Finance Transformation Program, including changes with external customer impacts
- Conduct change impact assessments to identify potential risks, resistance, and areas requiring additional support.
- Create and deliver effective change communications, including project updates, stakeholder engagement, and training materials to ensure clear understanding of the transformation objectives and benefits.
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to develop and deliver change management interventions, including training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions.
- Identify and engage change champions within the organization to drive change and act as advocates for the transformation initiatives.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change management activities, collect feedback, and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful outcomes.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders on change management best practices, tools, and techniques.
- Anticipate and proactively address potential resistance and barriers to change, developing strategies to mitigate risks and ensure smooth adoption.
- Foster a culture of change readiness and continuous improvement, promoting a positive and agile approach to change within the organization.
Knowledge
- Applied knowledge of change management frameworks / methodologies, and project management
- Knowledge of core finance processes, business partnering and systems including financial planning, reporting and controls
- Understanding of reporting selfservice tools (e.g. PowerBI) and associated best practice & skills
- Understanding of modern adult learning techniques and technologies,
- Knowledge of behavioural theories, thinking styles and values
Experience:
- 5 years min experience of delivering complex change programs as part of an enterprise wide transformation
- Previous experience leading change in Finance transformation programs
- Significant communication planning and execution experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Significant experience working with senior stakeholders
