The Opportunity


An opportunity exists to join the School in this exciting role where you will be responsible for working with stakeholders across the MBS community to plan, create, manage and monitor the performance of marketing communications that enhance the School's brand and elevate the demand for a growing portfolio of products.


The role requires the ability to develop and manage content aligned with the School's strategic objectives and demonstrate evidence of its brand attributes and value propositions, while also being timely, relevant and useful to audiences, across a variety of channels and formats including web, brochure, editorial, advertising, direct marketing and social media.


In this role, you will work collaboratively and maintain positive relationships with a large and diverse group of stakeholders, including MBS colleagues, students, academics and partners.

The role sits within the Marketing Team reporting to the Marketing Manager.

Some key accountabilities will also include:

  • Creating marketing communications that support strategic projects and marketing campaigns
  • Ensuring content published across all channels, including the School's website, is accurate, consistent, engaging and aligned with its brand attributes and value proposition
  • Manage requests for content development, ensuring they are prioritised in line with the School's brand and marketing objectives

About you


You will be passionate about the MBS Community, looking to enhance the School's brand and keen to promote our courses to a wider audience.

You will be looking to join a collaborative and supportive team, where excellence and wellbeing are prioritised equally.

You will be able to demonstrate a high level of professional judgement and attention to detail and conduct yourself in a way that inspires others to trust you.


We are looking for an experienced Marketing/Comms/PR or Journalism professional, you will have a demonstrated track record and capability to produce website and brochure content for a brand or organization with exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills.


This will be accompanied by:

  • A qualification in a discipline related to communications, journalism, public relations, business or management
  • Experience in a communications, public relations, marketing, journalism or similar role
  • Proven track record of communicating complex information in a clear, simple and engaging way
  • Ability to work with a large and diverse group of stakeholders, maintaining positive relationships even when the objectives of different stakeholders may be different
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
