    Executive Education comprises five functions:

    Business Development, Consulting and Product, Resourcing and Relationships, Client and Learner Experience, and Asia Operations which operate in concert to design and deliver outstanding and impactful learning experiences with the learner at the heart.

    The Opportunity
    An opportunity now exists to join the MBS Executive Education division within the Consulting and Product (C&P) team.

    The Team works at the intersection of program design, delivery and business development and delivers strategic thinking, quality content, and strong engagement with clients, partners and alumni.

    As Senior Consultant, you are responsible for supporting the C&P team and will have two key responsibilities:
    Working within project teams to support the delivery of internal and client projects
    The production and enhancement of high-quality client facing documentation

    Some key accountabilities will also include:
    Support the oversight of the program delivery quality across Executive Education custom and short course portfolios.

    Contribute to MBS strategic projects across core revenue generating work areas and enabling work areas to a high standard, balancing collaboration with efficiency and execution.

    Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to create high-quality educational materials, including course guides, handouts, presentations, and multimedia content.

    Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality materials.
    Perform regular audits of existing content to identify areas for improvement and implement updates as needed.
    About you

    An experienced instructional designer, you will bring to us a background gained within a consultin or professional services environment that has involved working within project teams on client engagements.

    Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office Suite, including a strong understanding of design principles and experience in document production, graphic design or multimedia development will be considered essential.
