Over the past several years, Fenner Conveyors has really grown. You will find us working across various mining operations throughout Australia.

We are seeking a highly motivated, full-time RTO Compliance Officer to join the team. Reporting to the Regional Manager for People and Culture, this exciting opportunity is based within our training team.

About the role:

Design and develop training programs (including elearning) to meet company requirements
Analysis of current training capabilities and practices to provide solutions to improve
Complete internal RTO audits and prepare the RTO for external audits
Monitor and advise on potential funding opportunities
Manage LMS system (Elmo) and provide national support
Review and prep training agreement and contracts

About you:

Previous experience in a similar role
Certificate in Business administration / Diploma of vocational education and training or similar
Extensive knowledge of Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA)
Experience managing and coordinating apprenticeships and training
Knowledge of implementing learning management systems or similar
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
