Over the past several years, the Fenner Family has really grown, especially here in Western Australia. You will find us working across various mining operations throughout the Pilbara and South-West regions.

We're recruiting Quality Control/Lab Assistants to join the team at our manufacturing plant in Kwinana Beach.

What you'll be doing:

Physical testing of rubber, fabric belting & belt samples
Hands on moulding of test samples and performing destructive testing on them.
Test and compare results
Comply with outlined specifications
Preparation and testing of vulcanized test sheets
Instrument calibration
Carry out adhoc tasks as required

About you:

Experience in manufacturing or heavy engineering environment (desirable)
Experience working in a material testing laboratory
Basic knowledge of quality controls for testing processes
Selfmanaged, energetic, and driven individual with the ability to work in a fastpaced work environment
A mechanical mindset with strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
