Reporting to the Casualty Claims Team Leader, the
Casualty Quality Assurance Specialist, is responsible for operating an effective Quality Assurance program to assist the Casualty Claims team to deliver best practice claims management and exceptional customer service.
Who are you.
Your experience:
You will have solid knowledge of claims guidelines within a broad range of general insurance claims, specifically Casualty claims (professional indemnity) claims preferred.
You will understand the business drivers within an insurance business and experience undertaking Quality Assurance audits and reviews in a claims environment.
You will also possess excellent communication skills, advanced problem-solving skills, have an eye for detail and a high level of computer literacy.
