    Description

    We are seeking an experienced and adaptable all-rounder to join our team as a Bookkeeper and Admin Support. As a small business, we need someone who understands the broad scope of responsibilities that come with the role and is capable of handling various tasks.

    Bookkeeping only (part-time workload):


    The successful candidate will be responsible for the full functions of the finance department, including processing and managing accounts payable & receivable, bank reconciliations, and preparation of BAS, Payroll Tax & SGC returns. You will also be responsible for calculating, processing and tracking insurance policies (PL/PI, etc.) and ensuring the accurate generation of various reports for the Management Team.

    The ideal candidate should have experience in managing the administration of an online timesheet function and processing weekly payroll via MYOB. You will work each Wednesday alongside the director who oversees our accounts.

    Additional responsibilities (for more hours or full-time workload):


    For candidates interested in taking on more work, responsibilities will also include recruitment resourcing, content creation and online marketing (LinkedIn, Facebook), as well as various administrative tasks.

    This job is online/remote and applicants should have a reliable home office set-up. Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written) are required, ideally, along with some experience in these additional areas of responsibility.
