You'll be joining a business with a strong commitment to continuous improvement. You'll have the ability to influence and add value and learn from a strong HR leader.
Role Overview
You'll work closely with the HR Manager and will provide high level of advice to the business across the full range of employee lifecycle needs including onboarding, training and development, performance management and strategic planning. Applicants with some broad HR experience seeking to deepen their knowledge are encouraged.
Responsibilities
Candidate Profile
You'll hold tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or a related field. The business is looking for attitude over the perfect experience and willing to train the right person. You may be an experienced HR Advisor, or you may be an experienced HR coordinator who is passionate about HR and keen to upskill and learn from a great leader. You'll be able to demonstrate a broad mix of knowledge across the wider HR remit including recruitment, employee and industrial relations, learning and development, legislation and compliance and training. Some of this can be theoretical knowledge from your qualifications. You must be able to demonstrate a genuine commitment to your HR career and continuous improvement.
