- South Melbourne office location
- Up to $90k salary
- Lots of ongoing projects and more in the pipeline
- Track of all credit related tasks to satisfy CP's for settlement
- Liaison with Treasury on funding needs for Progress draws
- Instruct Valuers/Quantity Surveyors to complete relevant Reports
- Review Valuation/QS Reports ensuring that it meets credit mandate
- Intermediary contact for Valuations/QS/Solicitors/Introducers
- Arrange progress Inspections and recommend payments
- 2+ years experience working in Commercial Real Estate loan processing and management (not individual residential mortgage application)
- Ability to multi-task and work towards deadlines in a fast paced environment
- An undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance or a related area
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel
