    RUC Mining currently has an opportunity for a Maintenance Planner to join our Tanami Shaft Project.
    02nd April, 2024 RUC Mining currently has an opportunity for a Maintenance Planner to join our Tanami Shaft Project.

    We pay for flights from any capital city in Australia 15/13 roster 15 Shifts on and 13 off (days and nights)Coordination and scheduling of equipment assets maintenance and repairs Planning, scheduling, preparation, and implementation of both short-term and long-term maintenance activies, by priority level.

    Manage work orders, documentation, and assets within the computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS) – specifically PRONTOManage and document spare parts and alignment between maintenance function and stores/procurement.

    Aid with achieving the least amount of production downtime.
    Provide technical assistance for supporting entire on-site & off-site maintenance activities.
    Site specific items – but not limited to see below.

    Using PRONTO plan all our activities – make up the work orders and service sheet for all planned tasks Close out workorders for tasks completed, identify, report and reschedule tasks not completed.

    Ensure Statutory Inspections and maintenance are planned and schedule to achieve 100% compliance.
    Planning of ad-hoc work orders and close out in timely manner with all hard copies getting attached to Pronto.

    Be involved with the day-to-day activities and the planned work – make changes when required – investigate next 24 hours in conjunction with Superintendents.

    Ensure parts, materials and consumable are ordered in a timely manner to enable planned tasks to be completed on time.

    Statutory activities 12 month look ahead – keep on top of planning and execution.

    Provide known planned maintenance activities for the 3 Week Look Ahead (3 WLA)Detailed planning of shaft shut downs to complete all critical maintenance in a minimum of time.

    Processing the daily pre-starts into PRONTO – hrs etc any faults – make workorders for the follow up.

    Liaise with hire companies regarding servicing and consumables – (Crane – gensets – Lighting towers)Organise BOM (build of materials) to go with work orders – (basic parts and consumables for a planned activity).

    Run weekly report on downtime capturing Planned, Unplanned and Damage to track actual hours.
    Ensure all record keeping is kept in good order.
