Description

Our client a Global Oil and Gas Operator in Perth CBD are currently seeking a Maintenance Planner to join them for a 12-month contract.


Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

OE / HES / Incident Free Operations

  • Support the Maintenance team in reinforcing Safety, Environment and Health requirements for Operational Excellence in all aspects of Operations consistent with Safety Management Systems and environmental practice.
  • Work with the Asset Integrated Maintenance Planner to ensure maintenance execution activities are visible to site management to make sure work is optimized.
  • Supports the continuous improvement philosophy to optimise the safe execution of maintenance activities.

Long Term Scheduling

  • Produce Develop a fortnightly CWS+6 maintenance schedule where all operational steps are correctly coded and crew assigned, resources levelling is not greater than 80% for any crew and all outstanding materials are expected to be available on site in time for execution.
  • Identify work requiring vendors and coordinate the vendor engagement process end to end including but not limited to CTR creation, and SR management and mobilisation to site.
  • Liaise with Campaign, Low & Medium Complexity, Technical Projects and Turbomachinery teams to ensure FEL Production have visibility of upcoming planned events and create alignment across event where practical to optimising machine downtime.
  • Provide updates to IAP to capture specialist work being conducted by vendors on site and act as a point of contact for other departments looking to take advantage of planned equipment outages during campaigns.

Reporting, Analytics & Data Management

  • Monitor integrity critical (IC) work orders at risk of noncompliance through the production of a fortnightly IC Compliance Report.
  • Provide adhoc reports and analysis to management as required

Maintenance Optimisation and Work Management Improvement

  • Proactively identify optimization opportunities in both the maintenance build and work management processes with the goal of creating alignment between all Planning and Scheduling teams.
