Maintenance Planner for a valued client based here in Perth's CBD.

This role develops work plans for the maintenance team, with information provided from the field you will be responsible for improving housing and infrastructure in remote areas.

Responsibilities include:

Conduct thorough assessment of information provided (including photographs) to plan maintenance schedules
Collaborate with trades and maintenance teams to develop comprehensive repair and renovation plans
Utilise data and insights to create accurate schedules and cost estimates
Maintain up to date records of assessments, plans and completed maintenance projects
Stay up to date with industry best practice standards and regulations to ensure compliance
Provide clear and concise reporting
Continuously improve processes based on feedback and changing requirements.

Ideally you will come from an insurance assessor or inspector background as you will be well equipped with the skills required for this key role.
