ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting directly to the Customer Solutions Manager within our Customer Solutions Group, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, performance and safety of Caterpillar equipment across our customer base.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Providing interpretation, analysis and recommendations from various condition monitoring sources
Growing and maintaining the asset population covered by a condition monitoring agreement
Generating quality actionable sales leads for the product support sales team
Providing asset insight reports to support sales activities

ABOUT YOU

To be considered for this role you will have the following skills, experience and attributes:

Mechanical trade or equivalent technical experience is desirable
Strong verbal communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
Proven experience in servicing or supporting Caterpillar products
Previous experience with data analysis and reporting
Ability to plan, be organised and manage time effectively
A strong commitment to safety, health & environment procedures
