Our client is a reputable private landlord with a fantastic opportunity for a Property Manager to join their team to manage an exciting property portfolio.
The role:
- Be responsible for all aspects of property management including tenant liaison, lease administration and occupancy issues
- Monitor financial transactions (rental remittance and outgoings)
- Ensure all files of the property/portfolio are maintained
- Maintain a current an accurate tenancy schedule
- Build and maintain close liaison with the tenants and operational personnel with reference to a variety of requirements
- Assist in the administration of all liaises to ensure compliance by owners and tenants
- Ensure health and safety issues and requirements are met.
- Ensure proper maintenance procedures for buildings, plant and equipment are observed and arrange service calls as necessary
- Please some regular site travel is expected
What you'll need to succeed:
- Preferably a property related qualification and proven experience in commercial/industrial property management
- Experience within lease administration and renewal negotiations
- A customer focused approach and the ability to effectively and proactively communicate with a variety of stakeholders
- Excellent time management and organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects within tight time frames
- Strong IT skills as well as intermediate to advanced level in core Microsoft packages.
