Our client is a reputable private landlord with a fantastic opportunity for a Property Manager to join their team to manage an exciting property portfolio.

Their portfolio of assets owned and under management comprises commercial, industrial, development, and special-use assets across Melbourne. The Property Manager is responsible for managing several assets within the portfolio.


The role:


  • Be responsible for all aspects of property management including tenant liaison, lease administration and occupancy issues
  • Monitor financial transactions (rental remittance and outgoings)
  • Ensure all files of the property/portfolio are maintained
  • Maintain a current an accurate tenancy schedule
  • Build and maintain close liaison with the tenants and operational personnel with reference to a variety of requirements
  • Assist in the administration of all liaises to ensure compliance by owners and tenants
  • Ensure health and safety issues and requirements are met.
  • Ensure proper maintenance procedures for buildings, plant and equipment are observed and arrange service calls as necessary
  • Please some regular site travel is expected

What you'll need to succeed:


  • Preferably a property related qualification and proven experience in commercial/industrial property management
  • Experience within lease administration and renewal negotiations
  • A customer focused approach and the ability to effectively and proactively communicate with a variety of stakeholders
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects within tight time frames
  • Strong IT skills as well as intermediate to advanced level in core Microsoft packages.
