About the role


A fantastic and exciting opportunity has become available for a professional and passionate individual to join a high performing and reputable law firm.


You will build strong relationships with current and prospective clients and provide support to solicitors in the conversion process necessary to allow seamless conversion of prospective clients and so that solicitors may maximise the amount of time they are able to spend working current client files.


Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, respond and input data for all initial enquiries for legal services and general upkeep of CRM records & other marketing records
  • Proactively promote and crossrefer clients between practice groups within the firm.
  • Supporting Marketing Manager in developing and updating marketing content (for example article writing, website copywriting, social media posting and newsletter production).
  • Develop and implement a client care program that promotes client relationship management best practice and is used to create an outstanding client experience from first contact to the conclusion of a matter.
  • Promote client relationship management best practice across the firm.
  • Developing an understanding of client priorities, ensuring the firm is responsive to client needs and bring insight into the client's most pressing issues and opportunities to management and practice groups.
  • Capture client feedback and reviews and liaise directly with client contacts on nonlegal aspects of relationships as necessary.

Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in front line management of multiple prospective and established clients (preferably in a legal office) with proven results in developing strong client relationships, identifying and driving opportunities that directly contribute to revenue
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build ongoing, trusting relationships.
  • Ability to create a good first impression, communicate with confidence, and comfortably deal with clients and colleagues professionally and strategically.
  • Drive to succeed, and proven ability to develop and execute solutions to short term hurdles, inefficiencies and setbacks.
  • Ability to make clients and their needs a primary focus; initiate, build and sustain productive client relationships resulting in quality service and high client satisfaction
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 Applications including Outlook, Teams, Excel, OneDrive, etc.
  • Ability to work autonomously when required.
