As the HR Advisor, you will be responsible for partnering with people leaders to drive change and enhance the employee experience through the development and implementation of people strategies and objectives.

You will be exposed to a range of HR activities and opportunities will be provided including HR projects, general HR opportunities and the opportunity to work across a very diverse range of employees and operations.


This team is seeking an enthusiastic HR professional who is motivated and willing to learn a new industry space to deliver high quality HR advice.

This role would suit a HR Officer/Coordinator who is looking to round out their skills and be mentored through the next stage of their career.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide generalist advice, coaching and training to leaders with regards to performance management, industrial relations, remuneration and best practice HR solutions;
  • Develop and implement new initiatives, strategies and processes to improve the performance and delivery within HR and the wider business;
  • Monitor and analyse HR metrics to identify trends and make recommendations to improve performance;
  • Manage the recruitment and onboarding processes across the businesses operations;
  • Provide basic advice on ER/IR matters, interpreting modern awards, Fair Work Act and the National Employment Standard.

Skills & Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, management or a businessrelated discipline will come highly regarded;
  • Demonstrated fundamental ER/IR knowledge;
  • Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively in a complex and changing environment;
  • Confident in HR best practice and providing sound advice;
  • Team focused attitude whilst also maintaining the ability to work autonomously is essential in this environment as well as strong communication skills.
