Your Contribution:


  • Disposition (release, hold, rejection) of incoming materials and production batches, in accordance with QMS procedures
  • Assist in resolving quality problems/concerns related to batch review
  • Address deficiencies and ensure timely completion of all followup actions for resolution to all batch review issues according to GMP standards
  • Issue, inspect and file production and quality paperwork
  • Effectively resolve documentation discrepancies and issues with manufacturing operations personnel in a timely manner to allow for material release.
  • Support investigations of non conformance, deviations, or complaints as required

Your Profile:


  • Min. 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent attention to detail as well as written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with an eQMS platform, ERP system as well as Excel
  • ISO regulatory working experience
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fastpaced environment while maintaining high quality standards
  • Ability to work collaboratively in multifunctional teams
