Your Contribution:


  • Plans, coordinates and monitors shipments
  • Prepares necessary shipment and accompanying documents, delivery notes, transportation orders and invoices
  • Coordinates dispatch handling with forwarding companies and traffic carriers
  • Prepares pallets and associated packing for shipment of product
  • Communicates with all 3rd party service providers to ensure timely movement of shipments
  • Liaises with and supports internal customers in logístical issues and questions
  • Prepares necessary customs documents for export and import
  • Maintains relevant data in ERP system and prepares reports

Your Profile:


  • 23 years experience with Packaging, Dispatch and Shipping related activities within a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with ERP systems (preferably NetSuite)
  • Experience working in a GMP environment and associated quality requirements
  • Computer skill (MS Office, reporting, label printing)
  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive attitude
