- Daily clinical and operational management
- Analyse and implement best practices for continuous improvement.
- Prepare forecasts, budgets, and manage expenditure.

- Utilize excellent knowledge of Aged Care funding models (AN-ACC)
- Maintain high occupancy levels within the facility.
- Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA Registration
- Demonstrated experience in Health or Aged Care Management
- In-depth knowledge of Aged Care Legislation and Funding Model
- Proven experience managing teams and creating a supportive environment.
- Current National Police Check
- Current C Class Driver's License
