The Home Loan Capability Manager is critical to making this happen.

Primarily, the role will be responsible for building and maintaining the technical Home Loan Capability of HILM's and SGM's and establish a baseline of Home Loan knowledge across the ABN.

Secondly, it will be responsible for building and maintaining the Home Loan business development capability of our HILM's and SGM's.

This will enable HILM's to confidently and efficiently meet the Home Loan needs of customers.

In addition, building the home loan capability of the SGM's and enable them to up-skill other lenders within the ABN to meet the Home Loan needs of customers.

Be a lead in driving growth of regional Home Loans revenue

Build and maintain a Home Loan capability register of HILM's and SGM's and provide coaching on capability gaps. Covering both technical skills as well as business development skills

Act as a mentor to HILM's and SGM's and facilitate workshopping of complex deals to build knowledge and enable straight through processing

Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008

Role Type: 12 months secondment/fixed-term opportunity, Full-time
