EL1 Assistant Director End User Computing - Vacancy Details – Aurion Position : Organisation Unit : Location : Tenure : Closing : Synopsis : Overview of the Team and role The Technology and Information Management team maintain Comcare's Information, Communication and Technology (ICT) infrastructure and provide strategic leadership, governance, solutions and advice for the effective management of information.

The Client Services team within the team provides a responsive and respectful frontline support within Comcare's ICT environment.
This team provides resolution and guidance in the management of service requests, incidents and ICT asset management.

The Assist Director will be responsible for ensuring that the Technology Service Desk and End User Computer services are available, operational and consistently delivering a high level of service to meet business needs.

They will mentor and provide technical guidance to the team, working collaboratively with IT colleagues and the wider business.

Ensuring that all IT support requests and incidents are handled in an efficient and cost-effective manner while meeting the agreed service level agreements.

Mandatory Experience Understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library)Experience working with enterprise computing platforms.

Security Clearance Ability to obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting 1 Security Clearance Specific Conditions Some domestic travel is required, including overnight absences Participate in an after-hours on-call roster After-hours work may be required.
